The YourBrain2 software and this website are provided by REXOH LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #30559, Casper, WY 82609, United States (“we”).
You may install and use the software on computers you own or control. The Notes features are free of charge. Second Brain, Personal Finance and Business Finance need an active subscription or trial. One licence is for one person and runs on one computer at a time (Windows or Mac). The first activation needs an internet connection once; afterwards the app checks in with our server about every three days and keeps working offline in between. Before you change computer, deactivate the licence on the old one (Settings > Licence > Deactivate this device), then activate it on the new one; if the old computer is lost, write to us. A licence used on more computers than it allows is blocked automatically until you contact us. You may not resell, rent or reverse-engineer the software except where the law allows it.
Second Brain comes with a free 30-day trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Before the trial turns into a paid subscription, the price and the date are shown at checkout. For yearly plans we send a reminder before renewal. You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt e-mail or by writing to info@rexoh.com; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period. If you are not happy, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it; details are on the Refunds page. This does not limit your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. Taxes may be added depending on your country. Payments are processed by Stripe.
YourBrain2 is in public beta. All features described on this website work, but the software is new: you may meet bugs, and features may still change. Please keep your own backups. If something does not work as described, tell us through the feedback page or at info@rexoh.com and we fix it. Your feedback helps us improve the software for everyone. Being a beta does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Your notes, documents and records are yours. They are stored on your computer, not with us. If your subscription ends, you keep every file and the free Notes features. Make your own backups.
AI features use the provider and API key you configure. The provider’s terms and prices apply. AI output can be wrong. The software marks documents it cannot verify as “Please check” and keeps them out of totals, but it does not replace your own review.
YourBrain2 prepares and organises. It is not an accounting, bookkeeping, tax or legal service and gives no such advice. Figures must be checked by you and your accountant before any filing, payment or decision.
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update the software and these terms. For material changes to a paid plan we inform you by e-mail before they apply.
Anyone may join the partner programme and earn 30% of the payments made by customers who buy through their link, under the rules on the Affiliate page: 60-day link, 14-day hold, monthly payout from $50, no self-referral, no brand-name ads, no coupon sites, no promises we do not make. A refunded or disputed payment cancels its commission. We may pause a partnership that breaks these rules.
