In Settings > AI models paste an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek. Follow the AI privacy guide first so your documents are not used for training.

The profile tells the app who owns the account: name, country, account type. Below the minimum, reading is locked and documents wait, so a document of another person is never mixed into your numbers.
Two AI models read the photo independently. Only numbers both agree on are recorded. Dates are taken only when printed on the document. There is no OCR.

In a normal folder on your computer. Plain Markdown, PDF and image files, plus a small local database. Nothing is uploaded to us. Back it up like any other folder.
Only the document or note you asked it to read, plus the short reading rules and the names from your profile. Your address, e-mail and date of birth are never sent. Private folders and the Secure Vault are never sent.
Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, Google Gemini and DeepSeek with your own API key. For financial documents a paid API project is required; free-tier keys are not accepted.

Choose a plan on the Pricing page. Your licence key comes by e-mail; paste it into Settings > Licence and press Activate while you are online (needed once). One key works on Windows and Mac, on one computer at a time.
On the old computer first: Settings > Licence > Deactivate this device. Then on the new computer paste the key from your e-mail and press Activate. Do it in this order; a key that is already active on one computer is refused on the next. If the old computer is broken or gone, write to info@rexoh.com and we free it; a computer that has not checked in for 30 days frees its place by itself.
One licence runs on one computer at a time, so deactivate it on the other computer first (see above). A key used on three or more different computers is blocked automatically and every computer locks it; write to info@rexoh.com from the e-mail you bought with and tell us which computer you use, and we unblock it.
Cancel any time through the link in your receipt e-mail. The first payment can be refunded within 14 days; see Refunds.
