Refunds, in plain words

The short version

• Your first payment for any plan can be refunded within 14 days. Write to us from the e-mail address you paid with.
• Renewals are not refunded, except where the law of your country says otherwise. Cancel before the renewal date and nothing more is charged.
• Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current one. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Notes and all your files stay yours whatever happens.

How to ask

E-mail info@rexoh.com with the subject “Refund” from the e-mail you paid with, and the receipt number from Stripe if you have it. We answer within two working days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with; banks take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

Trials

Second Brain starts with 30 free days. The price and the first charge date are shown at checkout. If you cancel before that date, nothing is charged.

Right of withdrawal (EU, UK, Switzerland)

If you are a consumer in a country with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to the 14 days above. Because the licence key is delivered at once, the checkout asks you to agree that delivery starts immediately; the 14-day refund of the first payment stays in place regardless.

Partner commissions

A refunded or disputed payment cancels the partner commission that was created for it.
