Ready for your accountant.

Your company’s invoices, payments, payroll and open items, read and checked, prepared for the books. One account per company, a dashboard that shows what the business owes and is owed.

What it does

The company, in order

One account per company

Each company has its own folder, profile and dashboard.

Invoices and payments

Supplier bills, your customer invoices, bank advices.

Payroll and staff

Payslips are staff expense, not income.

Business dashboard

Money in, money out, bills to pay, money to receive.

Fixed parties

Customers, suppliers, tax office, bank, insurer, landlord.

For your accountant

Year view, CSV export, filed documents.

How it works

Three steps

1

Create the company account

Fill the company profile: name, country, owner, registration. The app locks reading until the minimum is there, so documents are never mixed between companies.

2

Drop in the paperwork

Supplier bills, your own invoices, payslips, bank advices: PDF, scan or photo. Filed by itself into folders your accountant understands.

3

Hand it over

Open the year view, export the CSV, pack the documents. Your accountant checks the figures; the app prepared them.

Questions

Business Finance

Does it do the bookkeeping?

No. It reads, checks and files. It does not post entries, calculate VAT returns or file anything. Your accountant does the books with what it prepared.

Can I run several companies?

Yes. Each company is its own account with its own folder, profile, rules and dashboard.

Which countries?

Business rules for Switzerland, Germany and USA today; Turkey and Pakistan for personal accounts. More are coming.

Is it one licence for the whole company?

One licence per person who uses the app, on one computer at a time (Windows or Mac). Changing computer? Deactivate the licence on the old one first, in Settings > Licence.
